November 1 through April 1 (5 months) when two (2) or more inches of snow accumulate on contracted plowing areas. Depending on the time and amount of snowfall; snowplowing is generally done between 12:00A.M.(Midnight) and 7:00 A.M.
The 2” trigger depth must be met by 12:00 am to ensure service by 7 am.- Due to safety and liability concerns during daytime snowfalls services may not occur unless 5” or more has accumulated. Under constant snowfall events and due to the nature of logistics in a constant nonstop snow event residential driveway service is limited to two trips in a 24 hour period.
